JBA Performance Exhaust Cat4ward headers (Headers) are engineered to reposition the catalytic converters closer to the engine for faster light-off and reduced emissions while improving exhaust flow. These short-tube headers replace restrictive factory manifolds on late-model trucks and SUVs offering a CARB-compliant upgrade that passes visual inspection while delivering real performance gains of 8-15 hp with no CEL issues. The Cat4ward design is ideal for environmentally conscious enthusiasts.

Primary tubes are mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel in 1.5-inch or 1.625-inch diameters. CNC-machined 3/8-inch flanges ensure a leak-free seal. Each header includes O2 sensor bungs in factory-correct locations for emissions equipment compatibility. JBA's proprietary port-matching ensures gasket alignment is correct out of the box. The 409 stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance at a lower cost than 304 stainless. The short-tube design maintains ground clearance for lifted trucks.
