Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. 1. Return Eligibility
• New/Unused Items: You may return new, unused items within 90 days of the delivery date.
• Cores: Most cores may be returned within 6 months of the original purchase date.
• Defective Items: Items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty can be returned or exchanged within 6 months of the original purchase date.
All returns must be initiated online or by contacting us before sending any items back. We do not accept returns without a valid Return Authorization.
2. Return & Exchange Instructions
1. Access Your Orders
• Go to your orders page by clicking “Start Your Return” (or “Return Items”) in your account. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.
2. Select Items to Return
• Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
• Click on “Return Items” next to that order.
3. Exchange Process
• If you want to exchange an item, you’ll first return it following the steps above.
• Then, place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures faster processing and availability of the item.
4. Shipping Label
• After confirming the items to return, you will receive instructions and a UPS return shipping label.
• Print and attach this label to your package, then drop the package off at a local UPS store.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please note:
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your returned item is received and approved.
• Deductions: If applicable (e.g., cost of return shipping label), certain fees or shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
• Notification: We will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.
If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the transaction to post.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned through our online process and may require special handling. These include:
• Hazardous Materials
• Oversize Items
• Items Shipped via Truck Freight
• International Orders (items shipped outside the United States)

5. Damaged or Defective Items
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: If you believe your product is defective and it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can return or exchange it for up to 6 months.
• Inspection Required: All defective items will be inspected to determine if they qualify for a refund or replacement according to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
6. Core Returns
• Return Window: Most cores are eligible for return within 6 months of purchase.
• Condition: Cores must be returned in acceptable condition to receive credit, as determined by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s guidelines.
