The Four Seasons Cooling Fan Assemblies for 2001-2011 RANGER - 75625 is a high-performance electric cooling fan designed for maximum airflow in tight engine bay configurations. Compatible with most domestic and import vehicles, it serves as either a primary or auxiliary cooling fan for radiators, oil coolers, transmission coolers, and intercoolers. Ideal for engine swaps, custom builds, or upgrading an inadequate factory fan.

This fan moves 4311 CFM of air at a 12V current draw of 24 amps. Blade diameter is 18" with an aerodynamically optimized S-curve blade design for quiet, efficient operation. The motor is fully sealed and dynamically balanced for long life. Includes a universal mounting kit with adjustable mounting brackets and a pre-wired harness with relay and inline fuse.

A mechanical engine fan is a notorious parasitic load that robs precious horsepower at the crank. Switching to this electric fan frees up 19 HP that goes back to the wheels and gives you on-demand cooling control. Wire it to an adjustable temperature switch, a manual override toggle, or directly to your ECU for total thermal management. The slim profile fits easily in tight engine swaps where clearance is at a premium.

Upgrade your build with the Four Seasons Cooling Fan Assemblies for 2001-2011 RANGER - 75625 at Atech Motorsports. Expert technical support, fast shipping, and competitive pricing. Order today and keep your project moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I verify this cooling part fits my vehicle make and model year?

Check this cooling system part's listing for your year, make, model, and engine size for fitment. Most cooling parts from Atech Motorsports are direct bolt-on for 3-5 model years with OEM connectors. Measure your existing unit's core size and 1.25-1.5 inch inlet-outlet diameters before ordering. Verify all hose and wiring connections match to avoid fabrication work during installation. This cooling & heating system keeps your engine at the right operating temperature. These cooling & heating components are designed for long service life.

What cooling capacity does this cooling part provide for my daily driver?

This cooling system part provides 18,000 to 36,000 BTUs of capacity depending on size with 12-16 fins per inch. A 2-row or 3-row core with 1.0-to-1.5-inch tube spacing maximizes heat rejection under load. At 90 degrees ambient, this cooling system part keeps coolant 15-25 degrees cooler than a degraded factory part. Sustained 5,500 RPM operation needs 2,000 to 3,000 CFM of airflow from your fan system. This cooling & heating system keeps your engine at the right operating temperature. These cooling & heating components are designed for long service life.

Does this cooling part include a warranty covering defects and premature failure?

This cooling system part has a 1-2 year warranty on materials and workmanship covering seam leaks and seal failure. Damage from improper installation, impacts, or wrong coolant types is excluded from coverage. Atech Motorsports backs this cooling part with a limited warranty needing proof of purchase. Register within 30 days online and keep your receipt for any warranty claims. This cooling & heating system keeps your engine at the right operating temperature. These cooling & heating components are designed for long service life.

Can this cooling part handle high-boost turbocharged engines reliably without failing?

This cooling system part handles boosted engines up to 650 horsepower with proper fan shrouding and airflow. The core is pressure-tested to 35-50 PSI, above the 15-20 PSI of boosted cooling systems. Welded aluminum or brazed brass construction withstands 0-to-250-degree thermal cycling without cracking. For track use above 700 horsepower, consider a triple-pass core for extra cooling capacity. This cooling & heating system keeps your engine at the right operating temperature. These cooling & heating components are designed for long service life.

What maintenance does this cooling part need to keep working efficiently?

Flush this cooling system part every 2-3 years using 50/50 ethylene-glycol and distilled water to prevent internal corrosion. Inspect the core and fins yearly for debris that reduces heat transfer by up to 30 percent. Check hose clamps at 5-7 ft-lbs and replace the cap below 13-16 PSI rating. This maintains your cooling system part at peak efficiency throughout its service life in your vehicle. This cooling & heating system keeps your engine at the right operating temperature. These cooling & heating components are designed for long service life.

Will this cooling part improve cooling compared to my failing original part?

This cooling system part outperforms worn factory parts by 20 to 30 percent with improved core and fin design. Factory units degrade as passages clog and corrosion reduces surface area for heat transfer. This replacement uses a 2-row or 3-row core versus 1-row OEM, adding 1-2 quarts of coolant volume. Expect temperatures 10-20 degrees lower under heavy load or towing conditions with this part. This cooling & heating system keeps your engine at the right operating temperature. These cooling & heating components are designed for long service life.
