Originally developed for NASCAR and endurance racing the XR-1 uses a straight-through design with Borla's patented Multi-Core technology to achieve near-zero flow restriction while producing a controlled aggressive exhaust note. These mufflers are the choice for builds producing 1100+ hp where every pound of backpressure robs measurable power. The 3.5-inch inlet/outlet sizing supports extreme flow requirements.

Constructed entirely from T-304L stainless steel with a seamless outer shell and internal Multi-Core design using aerospace-grade ceramic fiber packing. Inlet/outlet sizes range from 2.5 to 4.0 inches depending on the part number. The XR-1 measures 4 to 6 inches in body diameter and 12 to 26 inches in length.
