Borla stainless steel straight exhaust tubing (Tubing) is the raw material for custom exhaust fabrication. Available in various lengths and diameters this tubing allows custom exhaust builders to construct everything from single-exit street systems to full custom dual setups. Borla's T-304L stainless steel is the industry standard for exhaust fabrication offering excellent weldability and corrosion resistance for fabricated systems.

Constructed from T-304L stainless steel in straight lengths with ODs of 3.5-inch. Wall thickness is standard 16-gauge (0.065 inches) for durability and weldability. The material is supplied with a mill finish ready for bending welding and polishing. T-304L contains low carbon content to prevent carbide precipitation during welding maintaining corrosion resistance at the weld joint. Each piece is laser-cut to precise lengths for consistent sizing between pieces.

Designed for custom fabrication using mandrel benders and TIG welding equipment. Appropriate for exhaust systems intercooler piping and intake applications where stainless steel is required. Borla recommends using 304L-compatible filler rod for welding. Available in standard lengths of 24 36 and 48 inches depending on the specific product.
